Returns
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and arrange a replacement where applicable.
Items must be:
• Unused
• Unworn
• In original packaging
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds
If your return is approved after inspection, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
• Opened gloves without the original packaging
• Used products
