Currently shipping only within the UAE

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During launch periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout unless stated otherwise during promotions.

Remote Areas

Deliveries to these areas are scheduled twice per week, and shipping may take 3–4 business days. While we always aim to deliver sooner, timelines may vary depending on logistics schedules.

Returns

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and arrange a replacement where applicable.

Items must be:
• Unused
• Unworn
• In original packaging

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds

If your return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
